Rioja Functions
RIOJA is situated inside the grounds of Solole Nature Reserve. A Private Reserve stretching over 350h, within the Noordhoek Valley, south of Cape Town and perfect for small weddings, functions, private dinners and all corporate events. Our function room can comfortably seat 60 persons and there is plenty of room to attach a marquee/bedouin tent. The venue hire is R2000 until midnight. We prefer the function end at this time, however if you would like an extension, the cost is R800 per hour. We also have the BAROCCA LOUNGE, for a more informal party, which is open to the general public, but if you would like the venue exclusively for your party, the cost will be R3000, until midnight. Again, if you would like an extension, the cost is R800 per hour. All functions are to end by 2am. We can cater for 60 persons, should your numbers exceed this amount, additional hiring charges will apply. Our menus are custom designed, according to the needs of our clients and we would be happy to discuss your requirements. Our menus start at R150 per person. We cater for lunch or dinner functions and our pastry chef will be happy to discuss your cake requirements. We have an extensive wine list and no BYO is allowed for functions. No smoking is allowed inside the building, but outside in the gardens is fine. We offer secure and complimentary parking for all our guests. All prices are valid until the end of 2010 and do not include the 10% gratuity, that will be added to the food and beverage account. We require a R2000 non refundable deposit, to secure the venue for your chosen date. R2000 is also held for any damages made to the property, caused from the function or outside suppliers and will be refunded to you after the function.
